Introduction to the major principles and concepts of biophysics, biophysical chemistry, and systems biology, as wells as their clinical applications. Emphasis on biological macro-molecular interactions, biochemical reaction dynamics, and genomics. Discusses frontiers of current technologies and areas of active research at the clinical interface. Also, provides integrated, interdisciplinary hands-on training in core experimental and computational methods in molecular biochemistry and genomics.
