HST MEMP PhD Erin Rousseau Featured in New York Times Opinion Column

Erin Rousseau, a second-year HST MEMP Ph.D. student, has penned a response to the House of Representatives ruling on the tax bill that proposes to tax tuition waivers. This change would tack on potentially $10K+ of taxes to graduate students at MIT, exponentially increasing their tax burden.
