Sophia Liu, a PhD student in the HST MEMP program, has designed T-shirts sold to support pandemic relief efforts for the homeless.
HST students are finding many ways to lend their talents and expertise to pandemic response efforts, whether participating in Covid-19-related research or creating face masks and other forms of PPE. But Sophia Liu, a PhD student in the HST MEMP program, studying biophysics, has found a unique way to contribute. She has helped to design T-shirts created to raise money for a program aimed at providing testing and field treatment to Boston-area citizens who are experiencing homelessness.
The effort is the result of a collaboration between the group Bike Harvard and the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.
