HST MD-PhD students author paper on RNA editing using CRISPR-Cas13

David Cox and Omar Abudayyeh are two of three co-first authors on a paper recently published in Science on RNA editing using CRISPR-Cas13. They suggest that this technology will benefit future research endeavors and has the potential to correct disease-causing mutations.
