Peripheral T cell expansion predicts tumor infiltration and clinical response

An HST alumnus has published a report with new insights into the field of cancer immunology.

Thomas Wu, an HST MD-PhD alumnus, is the lead author on a paper published on Feb. 26 in Nature. According to Wu, the paper, titled "Peripheral T cell expansion predicts tumor infiltration and clinical response", reports on a large-scale analysis of gene expression and T cell receptor sequences in T cells at the single-cell level in patients with cancer.
